We organized the Most Transformative Youth Empowerment Event in Cameroon

Exponential Youth Summit 2023 was a success!

Two days after my return from Kenya, I led the organization of the most transformative Youth Empowerment Event in Cameroon - The Exponential Youth Summit 2023.

Under the theme "Unlocking Youth Potential for Leadership and Entrepreneurship," we collaborated with Adam Bradford Agency, a subsidiary of Combined Solutions Group in Rwanda, and ThinkRich Media Agency in Cameroon.

The two-day summit featured Panel Discussions, thought-provoking talks, Plenary sessions, and Keynote speeches, complemented by poetic displays of culture. A particularly noteworthy activity during the summit was project pitching. Participants were allowed to pitch their groundbreaking innovative products and receive feedback, mentorship, support, and awards.

The summit provided the ideal incubator for participants to engage in discussions about leadership and entrepreneurship with seasoned young entrepreneurs and leaders across Cameroon and Rwanda while fine-tuning their career and professional prospects.

Myself, Pitch Contest Winner, Adam Bradford - CEO, Combined Solutions Group (CSG) Rwanda, and Bugingo Bruno - Consultant a CSG.

I believe challenges are necessary for personal and career growth. We should actively seek responsibilities that push us to learn, expand our knowledge, and approach the world around us in new and innovative ways.

Securing visas for Adam and Bruno to fly from the UK and Rwanda, respectively, to speak at the summit posed a significant challenge, but we successfully navigated through it. Through that process, I learned how to solve problems I would otherwise not be able to if I did not have to engage in that process.

I am thrilled to have collaborated closely with a team of passionate young individuals to bring this event to fruition. Without them, the summit would not have been possible.
